Instructions
• Set tile grid: plan 120×120 slabs so cut edges fall in corners, not centre of walls. • Mark shower zone 120×120 cm with 1.5% fall to the linear drain edge. • Cut list — every piece used in this build: (a) Large-format porcelain tiles 120×120 cm × 6 mm — 12 tiles minimum plus 15% offcut allowance; (b) Shower tray former / sloped base 120×120 cm — 1 unit; (c) Linear channel drain 90 cm — 1 unit; (d) Prefabricated niche box 60×30×10 cm — 1 unit; (e) Floating vanity carcass 100×45×40 cm — 1 unit; (f) Vanity worktop 100×46 cm — 1 unit. • Mark niche at 110 cm centre height, 60×30 cm opening, in the corner wall. • Mark vanity at 100 cm top height (floor to worktop), cleat line at 88 cm. • Confirm walls are solid enough for 80 kg concealed brackets before proceeding.
